Khloe Kardashian says she has been shamed for not breastfeeding her daughter

Khloe explained that she simply is not able to breastfeed.

EARLIER IN THE week, Khloe Kardashian admitted that she was using a combination of formula and breast-milk to feed her two-month-old daughter True.

She explained on her app that she doesn’t produce enough milk by herself, so she has to supplement every feed with a bottle of formula. Some Twitter users were a bit critical of Khloe’s decision, which prompted fans to send Khloe messages of support.

One woman wrote about how embarrassed she felt when she could not breastfeed.

mad respect to @khloekardashian for opening up about supplementing with formula. i had to do that when i went back to work, and i was so embarrassed that i couldn’t produce enough because i was away from jackson. fed is best!

Khloe then responded by saying that “Mommy shaming is real!” She really wanted to breastfeed, but once again reiterated that it’s just not physically possible for her.

Mommy shaming is real! But the truth is I’ve tried and tried and tried to breast feed only and it wasn’t working for me. I feel fortunate that I am able to still breast-feed but with the help of formula. Breast-feeding is something I really wanted to do. Just am not fully able
